General: Captain Cycles provides bicycle repair services by appointment only.
Quotes & Pricing: Prices are estimates. Final cost may vary depending on condition. Parts are
charged separately.
Bookings: Appointment required. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.
Payment: Payment due on completion. Bikes may be retained until paid.
Pickup & Delivery: Available for a fee. Customers must ensure access.
Parts & Delays: If parts are required, customers will be informed before ordering. Work may be
delayed due to availability. Estimated times are not guaranteed. Additional costs will be agreed
before purchase.
Parts & Warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies. No guarantee on worn components.
Liability: Not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues outside control.
Storage: Bikes must be collected within 3 days or storage fees may apply.
Cancellations: 24 hours notice required.
Right to Refuse: Unsafe or non-viable repairs may be declined.

Invoicing Terms

Invoices are issued upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
Payment is due immediately unless prior agreement is made.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, cash.
Parts may require upfront payment before ordering.
Late payments may result in bike retention until payment is completed.
